present perfect continuous
跟現在進行式的差別
現在進行式是指這個動作現在正在進行
現在完成進行式是指動作從過去某個時間點開始持續動作到現在為止
通常會搭配how long, for, since表達動作從以前直到現在仍在作動，或是到現在剛停止

已經完成了用現在完成式(how much, how many, how many times)
還沒完成還在進行用現在完成進行式（how long）
