Kevin 已具備基礎英文能力，不需要從初階內容重新學習。閱讀理解是目前較明顯的優勢
，能理解短篇文章並正確回答內容問題。
口說方面已能使用基本句型描述圖片及進行簡單自我介紹，也能使用現在簡單式、現在進
行式、there be 句型及 because 表達原因，但自由表達時停頓較多，且會受到字彙量限
制。
文法方面整體基礎尚可，目前發現 like + 動詞的搭配有錯誤，但需要進一步確認是尚未
學習、規則記憶不熟，還是自由口說時無法即時正確應用。
發音及朗讀方面能完成短篇文章朗讀，但部分單字出現停頓，流暢度仍有提升空間。nose
的發音需要進一步測試相似單字後，才能確認是否存在特定母音或拼讀規則的問題。
後續課程可優先加強日常主題字彙、圖片描述與自由口說，並透過朗讀及口語活動提升流
暢度；文法則針對實際口說中出現的錯誤進行補強。聽力能力目前尚未充分測量，建議下
次加入純英文課堂指令與聽力理解活動進一步確認。

What Makes a Good English Teacher？
I think a good teacher should have three important qualities: logical thinking
skills, patience, and good communication skills.
First, logical thinking could help teachers identify and solve students' Engli
sh grammar problems.
Second, when students make mistakes, a good teacher should patiently help them
learn from their mistakes.
Finally, good communication skills could help teachers maintain good relations
hips with students' parents.
I would break complex English grammar down into smaller pieces and teach stude
nts in an efficient and simple way.
I would ask students questions to identify the difficulties they face. Then, I
would guide them by asking questions and encourage them to think on their own
.
I hope my students will feel that their English is improving day by day.

所以我會把你目前的面試內容定位成：
「有教師思維、有辨識度、有潛力，而且值得安排試教；但要再加入『具體教學案例＋兒
童學習動機』，才會從『理念不錯的應徵者』升級成『我很想看看她試教的應徵者』。」
而我覺得這次寫作訓練意外測出一個滿重要的東西：你的英文錯誤目前確實會遮住一部分
你真正的教學思考能力。 如果只盯著 a → an、漏掉 to 這些地方，很容易忽略你文章
底下其實已經有一套「診斷 → 拆解 → 提問 → 引導 → 鼓勵獨立思考 → 親師溝通」
的教師思維雛形。這部分反而是你未來面試時很值得主動展示的東西。
「我會依學生程度加入圖片、遊戲、生活情境或簡短互動活動，讓孩子能實際使用剛學到
的英文」，整個回答會完整很多。
