午餐: seven天婦羅炸蝦手卷(230卡)+麥香綠茶一盒+蛋壽司兩個+蝦壽司三個+
雞腿肉約一手掌+香草冰淇淋(眾人分食一罐1.5加侖的冰淇淋)
晚餐: (待補)
運動: 各種走路,就算小小運動

早知道中午會被揪吃好料的就不自己吃手卷了XDDDD
有預感晚餐會吃不下...冰淇淋好膩 囧
