我後來寫信直接到客服去問了

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting BTC-e.

You can use international wire transfer to deposit your btc-e account. The
needed details you can find here https://btc-e.com/profile#funds/deposit/usd
This details you need to provide to your bank . Sometimes , if bank can't
send money directly to our bank ,it can use correspondent bank ( intermediary
bank) to transfer funds. If your bank provides you the opportunity to
indicate correspondent bank you can mention it, if no- your bank will choose
the correspondent bank by itself. After the deposit - please submit a ticket
at https://support.btc-e1.com/ and upload a SWIFT copy(payment confirmation)
. so that we can add your funds without a delay. Bank wire transfers take
typically 7-10 days.

簡單整理一下
基本上 客服是說只要照我附的那個圖的資訊去轉帳就可以惹

至於correspondent bank看起來是除非轉帳時銀行要求你提供才需要提供
如果銀行沒要的話 客服是說銀行會自己去找
所以應該不是由correspondent bank去轉帳或轉帳給correspondent bank

轉帳後 填寫單子送一份轉帳單副本給她們就可以了

另外 圖裡面有特別說
We don't accept international wire transfers from US Citizens, German
citizens or from USA Banks
All transfers from US Citizens, German citizens or USA Bank will be refused
by bank

美國和德國公民 還有美國銀行的國際匯款是不被接受的
裡面沒特別提到台灣 所以應該沒有特別被限制吧

但是說歸說啦 我自己也是沒實際試過能不能就是了
就當提供給大家參考看看吧
