[ 3D ] 3D Warehouse裡面的模型使用版權...

  爬文(Google)?Y


想請問一下，3D Warehouse (Google SketchUp的模型資料庫)

裡面別人做的模型，我如果下載下來，經過修改後拿來作漫畫背景的

參考，是合法的嗎？我爬英文討論區跟term of use是說如果完全沒有

修改過的模型當然著作權是在作者那邊，要作任何商業使用都要經過作者

同意...但修改後的好像標準就比較寬鬆...何況如果是拿來作參考並且重製

成漫畫的話就不知道到底合不合使用規則...??
