，因本板宗旨便是「討論傳直銷」，本板自得認定其為故意挑釁、引戰、謾罵本板使用者
，且其已達影響看板秩序之程度，本板得主動介入處置，該當違反本板使用規範
第十一條第一項第二、三款，依同法第十六至十九條，應處水桶三十日以上、
三百六十五日以下，並得刪除推文，然其尚屬初犯，依同法第二十一條，處警告一次。
