因其經營行為而遭法院判決有罪，經各大媒體報導後，
視為「違法傳銷公司」。
凡符合上開所稱之「違法傳銷公司」，於本板討論時，
僅得張貼其相關新聞，或發表警示性、詢問合法性之文章或推文，
不得有宣傳其正面形象 (即俗稱「護航」行為)之文章或推文，
違者視為違反本板使用規範第十四條第一項第十一款，
處水桶一百八十日以上、文章退文、推文刪除，並且不接受任何解釋。
此外，亦禁止任何誘導他人加入不當傳銷公司之文章或推文，
違者，輕則刪除文章或推文並警告；重則依第十四條第一項第十款，
處水桶一百八十日以上、文章退文、推文刪除，並且不接受任何解釋。
