為處理 #1S0L5MnH (DirectSales) 檢舉案。
據本板近日之觀察，使用者saokie於本板多篇文章中之推文與其它使用者之紛爭，
皆由其主動挑起，此舉為本板所不歡迎，即使於該篇檢舉文下之答辯，亦屬發言不當，
該當違反本板使用規範第十一條第一、二項，查其於本板已有三次發言不當之紀錄，
符合同法第十五條第一項第八款第七目之三之違規要件，依同法第十六至二十條，
處水桶一百八十日、以儆效尤。
