二、說明
一、為處理 #1Sl2s9-2 (DirectSales) 檢舉案。
二、Tattoo 業經 #1QJWb582 (DirectSales)公告，解除水桶未滿一年復對同一人挑釁，
業經當事人檢舉在案，準用我國刑法四十七條與五十七條之精神，審酌其行為情狀，
顯屬故意，且無悛悔之事實，本板認定其於本板未有與其它使用者和平討論之意圖，
處分水桶一年尚無成效，應予以更長時間之禁言處分以維持本板秩序。
三、該當違反本板使用規範第十一條第一項，且觀其過往紀錄至少三次，
依同法第二十條第三項，依違反第十五條第一項第八款第十一目處斷之，
處水桶三千六百五十日，以儆效尤。
