標題[情報] 6.86f invoker nerfed

6.86f:
* Deafening Blast's knockback is no longer a hard disable (affected units can
cast abilities and items)
Invoker的衝擊波不再限制道具和技能的施放
--> 吹風接技 : 隕石天火衝擊波不再能秒殺瞬移類的英雄了
for example : 火焰之靈 (Ember spirit) 或 風暴之靈 (Storm Spirit)
也可以自己馬上套個隱身斗篷來+魔抗
* Deafening Blast's disarm portion rebalanced to keep same overall
effectiveness as before (it previously applied disarm only after the
knockback disable, numbers rescaled to keep same overall duration where they
cannot attack)
衝擊波之前會先暈眩再開始計算繳械的時間, 現在改為同時開始計算
感想 : Invoker終於又平衡了一點了 ! 再一個禮拜 上海Major 開戰!
