"決定資本流向的人應該得到報酬而提供資本者不該得到報酬"
也就是說，如果A使用B的資金不需要B的同意，B就不應該獲得收益
因為B不能決定資本的流向
比如說...勞退基金
雇主提撥勞退是法律規定，勞工沒有權力要求雇主不提撥而領現金
勞退基金去護盤，勞工也無法干涉基金經理人要買哪隻股票
照這個說法...
勞退基金買股票賺錢，錢該歸基金經理人
給勞工分配收益，是在剝削基金經理人
勞退基金買股票虧錢...就算勞工倒楣嘍
