  抄襲在國外問題比較大  國外注重智慧財產權觀念  抄襲是違法的

  論文在美國如果抄襲你永久不准在美國任何一所學校教書

  這是違法行為

  跟單純私德不一樣!!!!!!!!

  他如果是部長沒結婚交了十五個女朋友也不會怎樣
