特斯拉（Tesla）已獲得德州政府正式批准，得以商業化營運無人駕駛車輛。隨著德州一項
規範自動駕駛營運商的新州法生效，該州的自動駕駛車輛憑證入口網站已於 2026 年 5 月
28 日將「Tesla Robotaxi LLC」列為「已授權（Authorized）」。
在獲得批准的同時，特斯拉已將其無人駕駛計程車（Robotaxi）運行的軟體自我認證為 Lev
el 4（SAE 第 4 級自動駕駛）。該級別定義為「高自動化」，即系統可在特定區域內處理
所有駕駛任務，無需人類安全駕駛員。此自我認證機制意味著，在德州的新法規框架下，是
由特斯拉自行宣告達到 Level 4，而非取得第三方認證，而該法案明確允許符合其要求的營
運商採取此流程。
這項授權為特斯拉在德州擴大其 Robotaxi 服務提供了明確的法律途徑。目前，特斯拉已在

Tesla has been formally cleared by the State of Texas to operate driverless vehi
cles on a commercial basis, with the state's automated vehicle credentialing por
tal listing Tesla Robotaxi LLC as Authorized as of May 28, 2026, the day a new s
tate law governing autonomous operators took effect. Alongside the green light,
Tesla has self certified the software running on its robotaxis as Level 4, the S
AE category that defines high automation in which the system handles all driving
tasks within a defined area without needing a human safety driver. The self cer
tification structure means Tesla itself is making the Level 4 declaration under
the new Texas framework rather than receiving a third party certification, a pro
cess the law explicitly allows for operators meeting its requirements. The autho
rization gives Tesla a clear legal runway to expand its Robotaxi service across
Texas, where the company is already running passenger trips in Austin, Dallas, a
nd Houston, and aligns with the recent start of Cybercab production at Giga Texa
s earlier this year.

特斯拉終於正式有政府認證的 LV4!!!
這是非常大的里程碑，表示至少在德州內已經被認為是跟 Waymo 同等級的無人計程車。相
信以後只會擴展到越來越多的地方，也希望台灣政府有朝一日能跟進。
