為什麼這兩題
一題淨資本流出會變
一題不會變
不是都用過去的貨幣去做交易嗎

推 KH21: 第二題他有歐元就代表之前已經流出過了，歐元換債券的時候

第一題的美元不是也流出過了嗎
那為什麼不用抵銷啊
