[vim ] 新的語法檢查plugin ALE

有神人利用 NeoVim 跟 Vim 8.0 的特性設計出新的 lint engine 了

功能跟 Syntastic 一樣，但是 ALE 不用等到存檔就可以檢查語法
用 Vundle 很容易安裝，記得先把 Syntastic 反安裝就好
