[問題] 新手Hspice的問題求救

我要用Hspice模擬inverter
程式碼打好並按下simulate
然後Edit LL跑出Error:(c\user\desktop\hspice code\1234.sp:34)
Unable to open"cic018.l" for reading.)
請問這是我HSpice安裝失敗嗎?
但我打RL電路的code,圖卻跑得出來
是資料庫抓不到cic018嗎?
還是我資料庫安裝不完全?

我用講義上MOS的程式碼重新模擬也是出現依樣的Error:Unable to open "cic018.l"
應該就像C大講的那樣資料庫沒裝
我是用2009_09版本的
安裝方法也像網路上hspice傻瓜版那樣安裝
那怎樣下載資料庫?


問題已經解決了,原來是沒有製程檔cic018.l
加了製成檔之後波形都可以模擬了

→ PECVD: 看看那個檔案位置對不對
        cic018.l檔?在hspice資料夾裡嗎?我資料夾好像找不到cic018相關檔案...
        cic018.l沒有的話要在哪裡下載呢?我都重裝了好幾遍..

→ PECVD: 呃 ... 所以你沒有 cic018.l 的檔 ?
→ PECVD: 這個 .l 的檔案, 根據他的名字來看應該是 cic 的檔
→ PECVD: 裡面應該有著 cic 用的製程裡的元件參數
→ PECVD: 你的 N_18, P_18 應該都是抓 cic018.l 的參數
→ PECVD: 所以看看你的課去哪修的, 問問助教 model 檔要去哪抓
        感謝C大,真的是少了cic018.l製成檔,現在已經解決了
