[問題] 有無方法使電路中的critical pathㄧ樣

有沒有辦法讓ㄧ個電路在不影響電路原本的function 情況下將每條不同路徑的critical
path都變成一樣長的方法？

推 hallow: 從timing report找出critical path，再計算要塞多少
→ hallow: delay buffer到end point就好了
→ hallow: 如果很多條就寫perl去做
