這是一個有關 France 泡泡水噴泉的新聞
其中有幾句話我看不太懂，想請教前輩們
(1).The fountain offers ordinary tap water.
依照直接翻譯，
噴泉提供了經常的水閥= =?
若加以腦補，會變成"這個噴泉提供了像水閥門的性質"
又感覺很奇怪...自己把句子裡面多了好多奇怪的東西@.@
請問我要如何翻譯會更好呢!?
(2). The man read an article whose topic "dealt with working relationship".
感覺後面那個東西是補語
可是補語不是只能用 to V ... , Ving ... , that... , noun 來接嗎?
怎麼會用個 p.p. 來接呢?!
(3). The supply is unlimited and there are separate taps for still,
refrigerated or unrefrigerated.
這個是指噴泉@@...
for still 是什麼意思呢?
整句的感覺就是"噴泉無止盡的提供泡泡水，並且還有區分泉水庫，冰與不冰的。"
