[請益] 可數不可數的用法

大家好  我想詢問可數不可數表示種類的用法

1.兩種魚 Two kinds of fishes
2.兩種咖啡 Two kinds of coffee
3.兩種森林 Two kinds of woods

首先想請教1.2.3這兩種寫法正確嗎???

還有fishes和coffee  怎麼判斷要不要加es或s??

fish單複數同形
coffee&wood 不可數
