我google了這整篇文章
看完後發現它指的是文化造成理解錯誤，而不一定是翻譯錯誤
試翻：
Freeman 說：「我無法解釋當初為什麼沒有正確理解周的回應，只能說，它很容易讓我們
以刻板印象認定中國政治家較西方政治家更有遠見。」
except in terms of這邊
我覺得是freeman自己也無法解釋為什麼當初會理解錯誤，唯一想到的理由是因美國人的
刻板印象
粗略翻，沒很精確，但大概意思是這樣
