剛剛下午我的學生問了我一個英文段落，如下：
"Are you trying to lose some extra pounds
so you'll look in your summer clothes? In
the summer, many people decide to get fit.
But while their motivation is good, their
methods are not."
最後兩句：
But while their motivation is good,
their methods are not.
but跟while不是都屬連接詞嗎？
想請問各位版友，這樣的使用是合乎文法嗎？
