在看教育類paper看到gaming the system這詞，想問這是什麼意思？

The frequency of gaming the system had smaller differences between the three
schools, although there were still significant differences. Students in the suburban
school gamed 6.9% of the time, students in the rural school gamed 6.6% of the time, and
students in the urban school gamed 7.4% of the time.
