在google上看了些討論
我覺得
hold me tight 比較常用，而且有指使某Subject把你抱緊
hold me tightly = hold me in a tight way.比較強調tight對 [hold me]這整個事件的
影響程度。
所以我會翻
hold me tight 緊緊抱住我 (come on baby)
hold me tightly (把我)抱得好緊 (so tight to an extent that I can't breathe XD)
