標題[求譯] 藥品配製的英文如何翻譯

小的在寫英文操作手冊 有以下問題
1.在製作目錄時寫道藥品配製
我的意思是要說這一單元要寫多少的化學物要加多少水
到什麼濃度
我可以寫chemical solution manufacture?
或是chemical solution mixing?
還是有更好的詞彙??
2. 委外處理要如何翻嗎?
outsourcing可以用?
3. 裝2/3的水要怎麼說?
是?fill tank with 2/3 water
