[求譯] 一段話的意思

一樣是在英文日報看到的
是講很多政治候選人在媽祖繞境時都會出現拉票
其中一段話：
One conspicuous pilgrim who won't be escorting the Goddess of the Sea is Tsai
Ing-wen. It's her first ever pilgrimage to the Chenlan Temple.
這段話是講蔡英文第一次去鎮湳宮吧？
那為什麼要用won't呢？
