(B) profound
(C) sporadic
(D) ubiquitous
查到的意思 profound 似乎有嚴重的意思，
但看了英文例句好像又比較偏向正面的意涵。
ubiquitous 則有 ubiquitous fog 類似汙染的詞語
我認為可能要選(D)，請大大指教，謝謝

跟 clearly 合起來看會想要選 (B)
