後面既然已經有to，就不能用 mean，不然如果去掉後面的to，
mean是一個很好的答案。
interpret是口譯，而express是表達，都是「及物動詞」。但題目已經告訴你
有to了，只剩下translate，有「及物動詞」和「不及物動詞」的用法。
根據Longman字典的定義, translate有下面的意思：
to mean the same as something else

簡單講，translate to/into 可以看作 mean (意味著…)。

空格後面是 名詞，也就是a panoramic view，所以只能用「介系詞」。
without是「介系詞」而unless是連接詞。因此只能用without.
