上網查了 negative real policy rates
但只查到後者

想請問：

negative real policy rates　是否等於　negative real interest rate　嗎?

可以翻成“負數的實質政策利率＂嗎？

Since the global financial crisis, nearly all important central banks: the
Fed, the European Central Bank, the Bank of England and the Bank of Japan
have more or less maintained negative real policy rates. The only major
aberration has been the People’s Bank of China.

Without any doubt, China has the highest real policy rates among the five
major central banks in the world. In fact, the People’s Bank of China had
tightened its monetary policy in the aftermath of the global crisis when
other banks adopted aggressive monetary easing to counter sharp drops in
their economies.


兩個英文不同但是翻譯出來好像，所以想詢問正確應該如何翻譯

政策利率（policy rates）
利率政策（Interest Rate Policy）

推 afflic: 這裡的policy rate基本上就是interest rate沒錯
→ valenci: google似乎等於interest rate。google幾乎沒policy rate
→ valenci: 用法。
