China Spectator也指出
過去央行不願意陷於過度寬鬆的貨幣政策，是解決高度舉債的正向指標
(應該是希望人民幣不要貶值才能還債...?)
但是現在情況不同了
現在央行則積極的採取降低基準利率及存款準備率

之前是"不願意"採取寬鬆貨幣政策
但後來為了刺激景氣，也不得已的開放下去了
