請問: 這被認為是 翻成 this is been though of

是不是有點怪怪的?

常見的要翻不應該是this is thought to be ...嗎?

這種this is been though of ....是如何來的呢?

算是常見正規講法嗎? 有這種被動語態的講法的資訊嗎?
