[考題] 請求釋疑

it's cold outside. You'd better _ your coat.

b.don't take off

You'd better go upstairs and tell the children _ make so much noise.
a.not to
b.don't
這二題答案都是a. 只是為什麼不是b?
這裡為什麼都不用助動詞否定，第二句的not 要多加一個 to 的用意是？，不加語意好像
也很順不是嗎？

Lucy stopped to talk with her friend when she met her friend on the way home.

上句stopped 過去式 是因為met 是過去式的關係嗎？

→ hsheng: 法，只要在V前面加not即可。 A tell B to V(A告訴B去做V)
→ hsheng: 而否定用法亦是在V前面加not即可。
→ hsheng: 喔，對不起打錯了，應是A tell B not to V才對。
推 EVASUKA: 第二個如果是前後加引號，d大寫變"Don't make..."就可以
