 of the study and of what blood pressure, heart rate, and

我很難明確通順的去解釋這句子的意思，從mean little之後

心跳率與其他對這目標的測量貢獻意義不大。

對這句子我想提出來釐清的是of，那個and後面的of是做啥的?還是要看成of what?
這個句子裡面of串成一段，再由and後方提出解釋....without....and...這應該是片語。

那個contribute to those goals 應該是對整個句子的吧?
