標題[請益] 一個句型 found

I`m a water-soluble compound found in many plants.
請問這句型的found是一個被動式的概念嗎?
我唯一想到的是...compound can be found in ...
所以請問這是一種省略的講法 還是其實不是我猜的這個意思?
整句話是這樣
See if you can ID me. I`m a water-soluble compound found in many plants. I`m
a group of simple carbohydrates and my most common form is sucrose.
