在網路上有看到一段常春藤雜誌中的英文
Many ancient writings,including the Bible and those by Hippocrates,
mention garlic being used to heal many conditions ranging from parasites
to poor digestion.
上頭為什麼要用being?看了文法書好像是分詞構句但是又覺得怪怪的不好理解
所以假如寫成下面的句子應該比較好理解

推 EVASUKA: 加了會比較清楚，不加可能乍看會以為是mention (that)
