看了關代的教學影片，有兩個問題想請教一下
The shirt which I bought at the night market is cheap.
一、不是應該要連接兩個子句，為什麼The shirt沒有動詞 可以當一個子句?
二、 第二個子句 為什麼可以有第二個動詞 is呢?
