句子中有herein和hereto 不曉得該麼翻比較順還卡著前後有as...,as...

其中AAA是指AAA inc.,including all Affiliates,and offices worldwide.
這段句子中effective date重複了兩次，應該麼翻譯才不會感覺累贅呢?
3. "technology" means any know how, methods, processes, techniques, proprietary information, specification, schematics, diagrams, inventions(whether or not patentable), apparatus, hardware, tools, device, or other forms of technology.
這話中,我卡在know how 不知道麼翻得專業,我只是懂它的意思,但翻起來很不專業...
