從The New York Times中的editorial找來的一篇文章，名稱：
Mr. Obama's Urgent Arctic Message
裡面有一句倒裝：In no state are the effects of climate change more visible.
請問還原成直述句（變為直述句，就是主詞+動詞…這樣）
（的排列方式）是the effects of climate change are more visible in no state
嗎？（（比起阿拉斯加）沒有一州的氣候變遷是更為明顯可見的。）
另外一個問題是下一句的閱讀理解
Yet the trip also had the effect of highlighting other forces that to one
degree or another complicate the environmental agenda he would like to be
his central focus.
請問to one degree or another在句中是副詞
that是關代指forces，也就是
that (to one degree or another) complicate the environment agenda
agenda後面又省略了關代
所以整句的意思是：但此次旅程多多少少突出了其他力量的效果，這些力量複雜化了
作為他核心重點的環境議題。（不好意思，這翻譯還蠻不好的）
不曉得我的理解正不正確，還請釋疑，感謝回答。
