1. 的 as 「以...開始」
begin (something) as something
是phrasal verb
I began my career in publishing as a sales respresentative.
其中as是介詞，表示「做為」
1. 工業4.0始於德國一項高科技專案...
2. that 是主格關係代名詞，先行詞是elements
that引導的形容詞子句的動詞是「協同運作」
至於協同做什麼事？當然是後面的 to monitor
兩個動作並列，前面的動作不是enjoy那一系列的動詞的話
強制第二個動作使用不定詞
My coworkers and the team collaborate to monitor
the progress of that project.
