[文法] 這幾個句子的文法問題

1.Now,U.S. officials say the military package
  is almost exclusively for defanse.
這句在say和the military package中間是不是有省略了連接詞?
如果有的話 該怎麼還原回來?

2.This is the house where I have lived for many years.
這句句子還原後是不是變成

  (1)This is the house.
  (2)I have lived the house for many years.
如果是的話以(2)句來看 他是不是已經沒有住在這房子裡了呢?
