[文法] 這兩句話文法上的問題

1.It led to everything we have today─Tkype,Twitter,Facebook
  ─a new world of online communication.

這句話在everything和we中間
是不是省略了一個that
可是 在名詞後面的that不是不能省略嗎?
還是說 代名詞不算呢?

2.It's not as good as my eyes,can only see me in 2D.

這句話It's這不是已經出現了一個動詞了嗎?
為什麼後面可以再出現can這個動詞?
