[請益] respectively 用法

[iplfl (living for love)]

 (1). People with a high IQ or educational level showed a higher income
 as compared with those with a low IQ or educational level, respectively.

 (2). People with a high IQ and educational level showed a higher income
 as compared with those with a low IQ and educational level, respectively.

 我是要說
 high IQ 跟 low IQ 的比起來
 以及
 high educational level 跟 low educational level 的比起來
 income 有差
 哪一句比較對？
 又 respectively 是不是只能用 or 或是 and 其中之一？意思有差嗎?
