[字辨] shade 跟 tint

[luvsodagreen (Bonjour)]

我有搜尋精華區跟爬文了 一直找不太到相關的解釋

題目是這樣：

The dress doesn't match the those shoes.

It is in the wrong _____ of blue.

a)colour  b)tint

c)shade   d)tinge

答案是shade

我知道好像因為都是藍色所以不能用color

字典上 shade 是色度  tint 是色調

不過我看了中文跟英文的解釋好像又不太一樣

英文解釋shade是顏色跟黑色混和的程度

tint是顏色跟白色混和的程度 (變得好色彩學@@)

而且以這樣區分意思上好像也都通順

總之想知道一般在用法上的不同在哪？

所以其實這題用tint也可以摟？
