第一題主要不是在考倒裝，因為空格已經確定不是放主詞(但這兩個句子確實是倒裝)，
這題考的是分清楚與「放置」有關的單字lie與lay的差異與三態的變化。
lie是不及物動詞(某物平放在某處)，lay是及物動詞(某人平放某物在某處)，
lie三態是lie/lay/lain，現在分詞是lying，
lay三態是lay/laid/laid，現在分詞是laying。
1. (1)可以有以下寫法：
On the desk lies/lay the book...
On the desk is(was) the book lying...
On the desk is(was) the book laid...
1. (2)可以有以下寫法：
On the table lies/lay a bowl of soup...
因為後面是過去完成式而且又是考試題目，所以選過去式(lay)比現在式(lies)來得適合
On the table is(was) a bowl of soup lying...
On the table is(was) a bowl of soup laid...
