It is agreed and understood that otherwise subject to the terms,
exclusions, provisions and conditions contained in the policy or
endorsed thereon and subject to the insured having paid the extra premium,
item c under special exclusion section 1 shall be replaced by the
following wording:
試譯：
基於雙方同意並瞭解本保險條約的除外事項、條款，
並在被保險人支付額外保費後，
特別除外事項section 1之下的item c將置換為以下之文字：
以上的理解是對的嗎？
又，otherwise在此是什麼意思？
否則？除此之外？
好像都不太對。
