[文法] 請問這裡的having是完成式還是「有」？

大家好，請問一下此句

Later she scolded her daughter for having talked to her father like that.

這裡的having是完成式還是「有」的意思？

我猜應該是完成式，那這樣的話，意思是不是等於：
Later she scolded her daughter for (her daughter had talked to her father
like that).
