[請益] 雙重比較的用法

最近在學習雙重比較上的疑點，想請教學有專精的大家。

有稍微翻了一下文法書，有關「雙重比較」的用法是

the more..., the more...

Q1: 是不是前後的句子都必須要the more開頭，才算是雙重比較呢？

Q2: 若以下的句子是否也能算雙重比較（但後句並非以the more開頭）
the more frequent use of social media to spread out propaganda

information, the message receivers will more likely be affected.

Q3: 若後句也想修正為the more開頭的用法，應該怎麼搬動句子啊？ 完全沒頭緒ＱＱ


想詢問大家的意見，指導小弟在學習英文上困擾。
