[求譯] 下床的方式

我想請問以下兩種「下床的方式」（描述動作）要怎麼說比較好、比較易懂？

1. （小嬰兒）正面直接爬下床，頭著地，「砰」地一聲掉在地上。

2. （小嬰兒）爬到床緣時，轉過身去，背對床緣，先以腳尖試探是否碰得到地，
    再慢慢以倒退的方式下床。

不知道怎麼說比較完整、正確，請有經驗的各位幫幫忙了，非常感謝。
