= That's all (that) we have time for today.

= Today, that's all (that) we have time for.

意思是：我們今天有時間聊（或做）的就是這些。

That's all the time we have for today.

= That's all the time we have...for today.

意思是：我們今天能用來聊天（或做事）的時間就這麼多了

意思大同小異，不過都說得過去。

→ Issagn: that確定是可以當受詞，只是前句是介詞for的受詞，
→ Issagn: 我剛剛那句是動詞ate的受詞。
