[求譯] 哪一句較佳

不好意思 因為很喜歡這句話的意思
想要刺在身上
然後又查到兩種說法 想請問 這兩種文法都是對的嗎 亦或是哪種說法較佳

①The darkest hour is that before the dawn.
 黎明之前是最黑暗的時刻（意指黎明就快到來了）

②The Darkest Hour Is Just Before Dawn

另外這句話是美國女詩人Emily Dickinson
還是美國哲學家Buckminster Fuller
說的呢？
