想要請教一題片語,
The personnel officer believes that we can ___ with our present staff.
(A) get off (B) get by (C) get up (D) get on
正確答案是(B) get by.
可是我查Longman Dictionary,
(D) get on也有一個意思是to deal with a job or situation or to make progress.
那麼為什麼(D) get on不可以選啊?
